You are likely here because you’re tired of living in pain.

Back pain steals one’s peace of mind and makes life miserable. It is always present, ready to ruin a day, an event or a hobby by way of one blind ‘wrong move’ on the part of the victim.

Back pain can cause much frustration and confusion to those affected by it. Many of my personal training, Yoga or massage therapy clients don't understand the origin of their discomfort. Aside from the acute sort, which requires a physician’s care, I can usually determine the muscular source of the pain.

Specialists offer different ways to treat back pain. Adjunct muscular pattern reprogramming via daily movement/exercises will likely enhance therapies such as pharmaceutical; manual therapy; chiropractic adjustment; massage therapy; biofeedback or meditation.

Here is where I can help. Working within the scope of my Personal Trainer and licensed Massage Therapist abilities, I will provide you with gentle, daily back care exercises to do at home. With access to and support from me, you will grasp the mechanics of each therapeutic movement and receive the greatest benefit from it. When your mind does the exercise along with the body, the results dramatically increase.

Much of my Personal Training (9 years) and Yoga instruction (3 years) experience centers on corrective exercise. My online training service can provide you with an activity supplement to your back pain therapy that you can use daily, giving you control over your healing.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer; a Certified Yoga Instructor; and a Licensed Massage Therapist. I also have congenital and progressive lumbar scoliosis that causes me no discomfort.

I have attended the 2007 Boston SOSORT spinal seminar and Yoga Journal’s 2008 Boston Conference for Continuing Education for Teachers. I receive ongoing, specialized continuing education from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy (2005 and 2008). My therapeutic exercise reference library is expansive and growing. I have almost a decade's worth of hands-on experience with helping clients to manage their back and neck pain. Without diagnosing medical issues, I possess a keen interest in communicating and educating those with whom I work about the origins of their muscular pain and what specific exercises can help, and why.

I am happy to begin to advance my professional interest to those clients with whom I cannot meet in person by method of virtual web training for back pain. I accomplish this with simple back and forth communication between my clients and myself via e-mail, images, and with video if necessary.

Please don't let distance prevent you from allowing me to try to help you. Please visit my main business web site to the left, and let's begin together to heal you today.
